Hal Anthony aka Ali Baba, rhythm guitarist and bandleader of the Millennium band, has been performing in music for over 30 years. He started singing with The Beltones who had a large hit with "No More Heartaches". He later joined the Fantels who had a hit with "Hooligan". He spent several years in the company of Fab Five who really helped to groom him as a musician. After moving to Washington, DC, he played with Al Brown's band and tourned with him for 2 1/2 years. After that, he relocated to Florida where he founded "The Real Rock Band" and started to perform as a solo artist named Ali Baba as well as suppurting and opening acts for mainstream acts such as Freddie McGregor, Glen Washington, Shinehead, Half Pint, Sanchez, Marcia Griffiths, Luciano and Tinga Stewart to name a few. After a couple of years of Real Rock, it was decided to change the band name to "Millennium Band". Along with being the bandleader of Millennium Band and rhythm guitar player, Hal is also is a soloist and songwriter. He is currently working on his latest Ablum, "Reggae Man a Come".
